Neem oil for psoriasis of the scalp

I've tried everything... including tea tree, apple cider vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, jojoba, calendula, rx's and combinations of everything above.
What has helped me IMMENSELY is organic neem oil (purchased online) I rub it into my scalp & sleep w/it on, it smells earthy but not horrible & amazingly it WORKS. I wash it out in the morning and after about three treatments, my flare up is gone...
I've also used a salicylic acid serum (ecco bella) to keep the scales from returning (every other day after a flare up) my scalp is amazingly clear for the first time in AGES.
Also culturelle probiotic supplements I think help as well... hope this helps someone else.

Vics vapor rub
kcraigmiles in ohio -Place vics vapor rub on affected areas twice a day for 2 weeks and it should clear up. The scales seem to moisten up and flake off. It's weird ,I know , but someone told me about this and after trying everything it did give relief.

Psoriasis
Pat in Mishawaka, IN -Had psoriasis breakout over total body. Heard about Kombucha Tea as a remedy for this. Got a "Mushroom" from a Korean neighbor and brewed it according to directions. Drank 3, 4oz glasses a day for 2 months. After the first 3 weeks I noticed all the scaling open raw sores starting to clear up,.... 6 weeks,just red spots, then 8 weeks it was totally gone. Stayed on this tea for several months only drinking a small glass in morning. When I see a breakout coming on I brew more tea.

Scalp Rinse
Kristy in Cisco, TX -For Psoriasis of the scalp I use a homemade rinse every time I was my hair... this, along with using a homemade moisturizing shampoo bar has completely cured the dryness on my scalp. It also worked on my baby's cradle cap.
In a 1-quart container, pour 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and fill up the rest of the way with warm water. Pour over scalp and let it sit for about 30 seconds. Rinse with cold water.

Eczema, Psoriasis Cure
Hans in Los Angeles, CA -Psoriasis/Eczema is, like most diseases, an inflammatory disease. Its main trigger is Candida fungus in your digestive system.
Sugar feeds fungus and eating fungus (dairy, breads) adds to your internal flora (fungus). The result is your body over-reacting by (becoming inflamed) attacking fungus all over the body, including skin.
My "cure" is extremely effective: eat Turmeric (500mg pills) 3-6x a day. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory and balances your intestinal flora (fungus).
I have suffered for 33 years with this disease and tried it all. Turmeric is almost a "cure" and is probably more effective than corticosteriods.
Reduce sugars, dairy, gluten, fungus intake and take Turmeric. Keep areas mostened, try not to itch or break skin. Eczema is triggered by several elements, injury to skin is one of them.
Green tea and Salmon oil (omega 3's) should be taken also.
Salmon oil, green tea (especially around the eyes with warm moist bags) and turmeric can be applied directly for more relief. Avoid dangerous prescription drugs.

Try dermol bath oil apply direct onto the scalp or area with psoriasis leave for as long as possible i leave over night on scalp rinse off keep up for about a week and your notice an improvement
